MY STORY { the invitation gallery } Hello... i’m Mariaan; owner & founder of m.studio. I’m a 20-Something graphic designer & photographer from Pretoria, South Africa. I specialize in creative branding & stationery design. I appreciate good design, modern interiors, typography, fashion and eating beautiful food. Creativity is my passion & I LOVE creating & making pretty stuff for cool people. I work with clients from all over the world... & recently also opened a cute little shop in Pretoria. M.studio’s wedding stationery is full of creativity and whimsy. Our cards are all lovingly designed & will have an ever-lasting impression on you and your guests. Studio Sol is a small design studio based out in Dubai and run by SA graphic designer, Julie Sol-Walker. In March 2010, Toby and I embarked on a new venture: MARRIAGE!!! I got to marry my best fried, and design something really special, just for the two of us. Besides the marrying part, my favorite part of our wedding planning was designing all the paper goods and getting really creative with them! I realised just how much I loved designing truly special stationery, and decided that I wanted to be creative with many more brides! I enjoy experimenting with different styles, and as a result, Studio Sol has developed a style that runs full spectrum; from sweet and lovely to bold and striking. I design both modern and vintage invitations announcements, stationery, personal and corporate branding and so much more. Since we started in 2010, Studio Sol has been featured in Viva Weddings and Emirates Bride Magazine.
